A director for Eclipse!

The director of the third movie in the Twilight Saga has been chosen. David Slade will helm the project, a film version in the pivotal third book in Stephanie Meyer's series.
Summit Entertainment's president of production, Erik Feig stated: "Stephenie Meyer's 'Eclipse' is a muscular, rich, vivid book, and we at Summit looked long and hard for a director who could do it justice. We believe we have found that talent in David Slade, a director who has been able to create complex, visually arresting worlds. We cannot wait to see the 'Eclipse' he brings to life and brings to the fans eagerly awaiting its arrival in summer of 2010."
Slade's resume contains directing credit for vampire horror flick 30 Days of Night, starring Josh Hartnett.

No that's a different guy. Chris Weitz is directing New Moon. I don't understand why they can't keep the same director for all the movies.

I'm afraid that the movies are all gonna feel so different from one another and not like sequels.

Yeah i agree with TheHost that they might all be very different and i am getting extremely worried about this. What if they arent alike at all??? I hope these directors can do the series justice!!!!!
