Bronson Pelletier cast in 'New Moon'

MTV.com reports that Canadian actor Bronson Pelletier has been cast in a major role for the second installment of the vampire saga. Carrier Talent Management, which represents Pelletier, posted a message on its site earlier this week reading, "Congratulations to Bronson who scores a lead role in the highly anticipated Twilight feature film sequel New Moon. It's rumored he will be co-starring with Dakota Fanning."

Pellietier, 19, has been on television in roles on two TV series, Renegadepress and Dinosapien. What role he will play is uncertain, but his Native American background suggests that it's possible that he might be a Quileute character. Pelletier's heritage derives from the Askinootow First Nations, specifically the Plains Cree tribe.

What do we think, BBC friends? Who could he be possibly playing? The fact that it says he is co-starring with Dakota Fanning suggests that he could be Aro, Caius or Marcus. If he's going to play a werewolf, which one? Could he be our brave little Seth? Does he look ferocious enough to be Jared or Paul?

well i'd go with seth but if they are saying with dakota *if they are even accurate lol* then i'd think alec not the three leaders, he's too young for those roles.

They can't have him playing Alec because he's gonna age way too much before Breaking Dawn. But, then again so is Dakota (but probs not AS much). They're gonna have a job making them look like they haven't aged, if they make BD into a movie that is.

I think he will plzy Alec because Dakota is Jane, but if he is then shouldn't he be really pale? Not trying to be racist or anything, just curious.
