Saddened by the fact that the Target one does not include a digital copy like their version of Twilight did :( That's why I got theirs last year, as well as the Borders one. I will be getting the Borders one again, because they match...but might just buy a digital copy, instead of one of the other copies this year.
I'm not sure which one to buy. The Wal-Mart is so attractive to me because of the 7-minute scene from Eclipse. 7 whole minutes!!!!! But you know that those seven minutes will be out on YouTube by the next day! Besides, eventually, I'll have those seven minutes on a full-length Eclipse DVD. So, what else? Well, I suppose that a cell phone skin might be nice, and the SteelBook case is kinda cool.
On Twilight, the Target edition was the one with the only truly new scenes--the vampire kiss sequence was fantastic, especially the scene showing Edward attacking Bella in Biology class.
It's hard to tell from the description whether Walmart edition will actually have any added scenes.
Agree with Debnog that the Eclipse scenes are not a big deal since we'll be owning that movie anyway. Would rather pay for extended or deleted scenes, and don't know which version is the best for that.
Also, I just found these Q and A comments about the Wal Mart Ultimate Fan Edition...
"Q:
Summit just approved a DVD buying guide/chart that does not have the Walmart version listed as including deleted and extended scenes. Summits approval of the chart makes it look like they won't be included."
This question was never answered.
Further on, another question appears:

Q: WHAT FEATURES WILL the twilight saga:new moon(The Ultimate Fan Edition) have?
A: It will have the same features as the standard two disc but it will have the eclipse footage too.
Okay, now we're getting somewhere. SOOOO...the Ultimate Fan Edition doesn't come with other additional content EXCEPT for the Eclipse 7-minute preview, and footage of the production of Eclipse.
I found this to be most helpful...it's a spreadsheet of all the special gifts and content available from Target, WalMart, and Borders (the only three with additional content):

Sorry, I forgot to give credit where credit is due for this excellent spreadsheet made by NKhpTwihard at TwiFans. Nice work!
I was disappointed that the Walmart Fan edition didn't have any deleted scenes as part of the special features. Isn't that just standard now-a-days?? Oh well. Other than that the bonus "making of" documentary was cool. That's the one I bought.
I bought the Target one, but I havent watched it yet. I think it has deleted scenes. You can borrow it. Still no digital copy on it, though. I wonder where you can get a digital copy? It doesn't look like any of the versions available contain a digital copy.
